At TEEASY, we want you to love what you ordered! If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
Eligible for Return
- Wrong item received
- Defective or damaged product upon delivery
- Incorrect size delivered (different from what was ordered)
Not Eligible for Return
- Items that have been washed, worn, or altered
- Items without original tags and packaging
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective or wrong item)
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@teeasy.in within 7 days of delivery
- Include your phone number and photos of the issue
- We will respond within 3-4 business days with next steps
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Prepaid orders: refund to original payment method
- COD orders: refund via bank transfer (customer must share bank details)
Exchange We currently offer exchanges for size issues, subject to stock availability.
