 1. ORDER PROCESSING Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

 2. SHIPPING PARTNERS We ship across India via trusted courier partners including Shadowfax, Delhivery, XpressBees, and others through Shiprocket.

 3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES - Metro cities: 3-5 business days - Tier 2/3 cities: 5-7 business days - Remote/rural areas: 7-10 business days Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

 4. SHIPPING CHARGES - Prepaid orders: Shipping charges calculated at checkout - COD orders: Additional COD handling fee applicable Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value — check our website for current offers.

 5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) COD is available on select pincodes across India. COD availability will be shown at checkout. Full payment must be made to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.

  6. ORDER TRACKING Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your order on the courier partner's website or via the  link provided.

 7. INCORRECT ADDRESS Please ensure your delivery address and pincode are correct at the time of placing the order. TEEASY is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

 8. FAILED DELIVERY If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will try up to 2-3 times. After that, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.
